

I can confirm that the issue is still alive and well in SP3 RU4. We are on SP3 RU4 and as you mentioned in the release notes there isn't anything about a fix for this issue. I've read Release Notes for Update RollupĤ and they mention nothing about a resolution for this. We are still running Update Rollup 2 on our MBX/HUB servers. We started receiving complaints from our users the day after we installed Update Rollup 3 on our CAS boxes to fix the IE11 and OWA Lite Issue. Update Rollup 4 was released on December 9th We will update this article as soon as we have more information on a fix. The Outlook Team is investigating the issue for a fix.

Update Rollup 3 was released on November 25th Users with accounts are seeing emails they delete from the Inbox reverting back to the Inbox. Update Rollup 2 was released on August 13th I suspect this may have been a problem in one of those releases and then re-introduced when Update Rollup v3 was released. The thread started in June so at the time the only SP3 Update Rollup that was released was Update Rollup1 and to original Source Code. Hopefully it will help somone narrown down the issue in their Environment.įor resolution our users are now either sorting by Date or they have discovered if they view the Sent Items folder and then go back to INBOX the messages are displayed correclty when sorting by category. Everyone seems to be posting different times/dates of when this started for them.
